The 7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Because we move fast to keep our inventory fresh, we cannot accept return requests once this 7-day window has closed.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
- Tags & Packaging: All original tags must still be attached, and items should be returned in their original packaging.
- Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, undergarments, swimwear, bodysuits, and final sale items cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
- Get in Touch: Email us at fashion@toghugang.com within 7 days of receiving your package.
- Provide Details: Include your Order Number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, damaged item).
- Ship it Back: Once our team approves your request, we will send you instructions on where to ship your package.
⚠️ Note: Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (like a damaged or incorrect item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds & Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that it has arrived safely.
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5 to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Did we mess up? If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at fashion@toghugang.com with a photo of the issue so we can make it right ASAP at no extra cost to you.
